Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all games booked. By booking a game slot, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other provisions as may be specified from time to time by Breakthru — The Real Escape Room, owned by ALTA Entertainment (“Escape Room Owner”).

1. You and all participants have voluntarily and expressly agreed to participate in Escape Room Games at your sole risk. The Escape Room Owner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law.
2. All personal items and belongings are kept at your sole risk. The Escape Room Owner and its employees shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings within or outside the site.
3. You are solely responsible for your personal safety, health condition, and wellbeing while participating in Escape Room Games. The Escape Room Owner expressly warns that the game may be physically and psychologically intense.
4. You undertake to complete the game in accordance with the instructions and rules specified by the Escape Room Owner. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry to the site.
5. You shall not record, photograph, or capture any audio or video before, during, or after the game without explicit permission from the Escape Room Owner.
6. You shall not bring any dangerous, harmful, or hazardous objects into the site. Any such items may be confiscated and entry refused.
7. You shall not enter the site under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The Escape Room Owner reserves the right to refuse entry and take appropriate legal action.
8. The website breakthruescape.com is owned and operated by ALTA Entertainment. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site.
9. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
10. The game is designed for teams of 2–8 people per room. In the event fewer people attend than booked, no price difference will be reimbursed. Groups larger than 8 are not permitted without express permission from the Escape Room Owner.
11. Trademarks and logos displayed on this website are the property of ALTA Entertainment. Use without prior written permission is not permitted.
12. These Terms and any contract concluded incorporating them shall be governed by Indian law.
13. This website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. The operation of those websites is outside ALTA Entertainment’s control and you use them at your own risk.
14. ALTA Entertainment collects and stores your personal details without disclosing them to any third party and is dedicated to protecting your privacy.
15. We recommend teams arrive 15 minutes before the game starts. The 60-minute timer will start as per the allocated time schedule.
16. All secrets and important details of the Escape Rooms are trade secrets protected by Intellectual Property Law. You agree to keep all obtained information confidential and refrain from disclosing or publishing any information to any third party.
17. ALTA Entertainment may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.
18. You agree to handle all facilities with good care. The Escape Room Owner has the right to seek full compensation for any damage caused to the room, puzzles, or furnishings, and to terminate the game if House Rules are violated. No refund will be issued in such cases.
19. ALTA Entertainment does not tolerate any bullying or harassment towards its employees, patrons, or guests.
20. Only persons aged 18 or older are permitted to make a booking.
21. It is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of your booking. Refunds or cancellations due to incorrect booking schedules are at the sole discretion of the Escape Room Owner.
22. To transfer a booking to another name, contact us at least two hours before the game starts. ALTA Entertainment maintains the right to refuse transfers.
23. Games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium.
24. Booking confirmations and payment receipts are issued via email only. Physical copies are not required to be provided.
25. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By completing a booking, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy. ALTA Entertainment does not store or have access to your card or banking details. In the event of a payment failure or dispute, please contact us at hello@breakthruescape.com.
26. Online bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Exceptions may be made by contacting us directly.
27. A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if the team arrives 15 minutes or more late. In this situation the booking is non-refundable and non-changeable.
28. The per-participant price is stated in the Booking section and may vary depending on group size. ALTA Entertainment reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
29. Once a booking is confirmed, refunds and cancellations are not permitted. Rescheduling may be requested at least 2 hours before the session. ALTA Entertainment reserves the right to make exceptions, though no exception sets a precedent.
30. Drinks and food may not be brought into the game rooms.
31. To be admitted you must confirm the full name of the booker. ID may be required.
32. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult per game.
33. We strongly recommend not participating if you are pregnant or have claustrophobia, nyctophobia, or any serious medical conditions.
